Never a dull moment. Packed with adventure. Amazing ending. Well worth the quick read. When will the next one be available?
Shadow Glyph follows the adventures of a young magician as he is given a power to use and manipulate "glyphs", the symbols which represent the true nature of things and whose use allows magic to occur. While hunted through the kingdom by forces intent on destroying all magic, he discovers much about himself and others.
The story is quite well paced and pulls one into the plot. Characters are generally solid. In a few places there are some "first author" bits of awkwardness in transitions, but the overall story is interesting and has some unexpected twists. A very good full length novel by a new author. I would recommend this and am looking forward to additional novels by this author.
